CRM Support Analyst

The CRM support analyst is responsible for retrieval and manipulation of customer data that support CRM tactics utilized within approved marketing/business strategy to achieve sales and market share targets.

The CRM support analyst will spend a definitive part of their day answering inbound phone calls and emails leading to supporting user requests and handling data inquiries. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Responsible for the maintenance of the CRM system, tools, and enhancements in line with overall customer strategy. 
  • In conjunction with IT Analyst, manage relationship with internal CRM stakeholders. 
  • Establish required training to ensure optimal consumption and use of reporting and information. 
  • Support the mobile complaint application roll-out through training and webinars. 
  • Pull data from existing databases based on multiple variables in support of analyses directed by Commercial Operations personnel. 
  • Basic analysis of customer data used to support sales and marketing tactics 


REQUIREMENTS

  • Some college course work in Science, Engineering or Business. Training in statistical analysis is a plus. An MBA or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field is a highly desired plus. 
  • Working knowledge of CRM applications and databases which includes the ability to read and modify code. 
  • Ability to build Microsoft Access queries for sales support and
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookup, and charting/graphing 
  • Ability to understand business needs and relate to business people 
  • Customer service skills to answer inquiries utilizing customer data and relative business practices
