We have a short-term contract opening with our client located in Pittsburgh, PA for a Customer Service Representative.

The main function of the Customer Service Representative will be to greet customers and handle equipment purchases within a retail store environment.

Overview of Job Functions

  • Provide superior customer service with all customer interactions.
  • Evaluate customers’ potential product needs and make appropriate
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas in an accountability-based culture.

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative

  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • Generally requires 1-3 years related experience
  • Strong customer-facing skills; Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
