Customer Service Representative - Technical Retail Sales
We have a short-term contract opening for a Customer Service Representative within a telecommunications, retail store environment.
The main function of the CSR will be greeting customers, stocking shelves and managing returns.

Evaluate customers’ potential product needs and make appropriate

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Generally requires 1-3 years related experience
- Strong customer-facing skills; Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
