Customer Service Specialist - Technical

Currently have an opening for a Technical Customer Service Specialist in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for maintaining high quality relations with customers through phone and email correspondence, providing customers with an exceptional level of customer service.

Essential Job Functions of the Customer Service Specialist

  • Build and maintain quality relations with customers through exceptional service.
  • Process customer orders, returns, change requests, etc.
  • Answer customer queries, from simple questions such as stock check or order status to technical questions which require a learned knowledge of cellular devices.
  • Understand, research and resolve customer cell phone questions / problems and respond in a timely manner.

Qualifications

 
  • Bachelor's Degree a plus but not required
  • Technical knowledge and support experience is a must.
  • Customer support experience preferred
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical clients and customers
  • Great interpersonal skills; Enjoys interacting with customers
  • Great telephone skills
