This position is responsible for monitoring the customer support queues in the Finance Service catalog to ensure all cases are being action-ed, escalated and resolved in a timely manner.
- Create and provide daily reports on all customer support queues.
- Provide feedback and training to agents and their managers on the Finance Service catalog and how to support our customers.
- Work with all levels of staff ensure that Financial Shared Services is meeting and or beating our customer service level agreements.
- Support an evolving global group of internal customers.
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or information systems.
- Background reviewing agreements, strong background with global customer service
