Help Desk Specialist opening with our client in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

The Help Desk Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance related to computer systems, hardware, or software.  Individuals in this role respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine/implement solutions. This position requires evening and after hour availability.

 Responsibilities

  • Provide End-User Support
  • Assist Customer and Vendors with Website-Related Issues
  • Set Up and Configure Workstations, Printers, and Other Devices
  • Installing and Configuring Software Applications
  • Participate in Creating Technical and End-User Support Documentation
  • Additional Duties, as assigned
Requirements and Skills
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 Years’ experience in help desk role
  • A+ Certification and Network+ Certification 
  • Solid technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • General networking experience
  • Self-motivated: Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
