Help Desk Support Analyst opening in Pittsburgh, PA.

Pay Rate:   $15 - $17/hr

Our client is looking to bring on extra help desk support for the holiday season. Looking for candidates willing to work a flexible schedule.


Essential Duties:

  • Remotely troubleshoot, configure and address end user problems with workstations, servers and other related devices.
  • Document all issues; escalate as necessary/instructed
  • Work through assigned tickets on a daily basis so that tickets are resolved in a timely manner
  • Escalate/provide proactive feedback to mentors, leads, managers for process improvements or concerns around daily tasks/functions
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Possess the technical ability to troubleshoot computer hardware/software (IBM, Toshiba, Lenovo, Dell, etc.)
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems 
  • Windows OS (Windows 7, iOS, POSReady)
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and anticipate problems, and to make decisions that result in the successful completion of tasks
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus 
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Strong technical mindset and ability

Nice to Have:

  • Bi-lingual (Spanish, French, Mandarin, or Cantonese)
  • IT Certifications
  • Experience working with iPads and iPods
  • Previous experience working on the IT side of retail
