We have multiple openings with our client in Eagan, MN for Help Desk Support Specialists.

In this role, you will be working directly with customers and external contacts to manage domains, DNS, and HTTPS services.

Help Desk Responsibilities 

  • Domain and DNS administration, including repoints, redirects, and domain ownership transfers 
  • HTTPS domain validation, certificate issuance and renewal, and service deployment 
  • Explanation of complex, technical concepts to non-technical audiences 
  • Troubleshooting of technical and non-technical issues for customers 
  • Providing fantastic service and building great relationships with customers and internal partners 
  • Management of multiple, simultaneous projects 

Help Desk Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelors' or Associate's Degree
  • 4 years of experience in a position involving extensive direct contact with customers and/or technical contacts 
  • 2 years of experience working with web-based products and services 
  • A demonstrated passion for pleasing the customer, continual self-improvement, and the belief that there’s a better way 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time and priority management skills, project management skills, customer service skills, and attention to detail 
  • Familiar with content delivery networks (CDN) and registrar control panels 
  • Strong ability to collaborate across boundaries and solve problems in a fast-paced environment 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus
