Technical Support Specialist / Help Desk / Equipment Coordinator
Pittsburgh, PA

Pay Rate:  $18/hr

Entry-level opening with our client in the Pittsburgh, PA area for a Technical Support Specialist.

This would be a great opportunity for a recent IT graduate with experience in IT warehouse, storage, or logistics.

RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Organize and manage inventory of IT equipment 
  • Receive incoming computer equipment
  • Maintain processes for inventory tracking and other processes 
  • Keep accurate records for all incoming and outgoing equipment 
  • Set up equipment on the network so team members can access remotely to configure for deployment 
  • Create/coordinate shipments of equipment to and from work sites or event sites
REQUIREMENTS
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field. 
  • Entry level experience
  • Experience in warehouse, storage, or logistics.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer requests
  • Ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives
