RFP Writer - Investment Management / Financial Services
New York, NY

Pay Rate:   $51/hr

Currently looking for an experience RFP Writer with a background working in financial service and investment management, conducting due diligence reports.

Responsibilities of the RFP Writer
  • Conduct all pre- and post-sale client requirements for assigned clients across various distribution channels (Intermediary, Retirement, Wealth Solutions, and Institutional) 
  • Complete RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and monthly and quarterly requests for assigned clients
  • Organize and lead kick-off meetings with necessary individuals / teams
  • Function as a liaison with assigned Investment Boutiques to gather necessary data and strategy updates on a monthly or quarterly basis as required for client deliverables and internal product teams 
  • Develop strong working relationships with assigned client engagement management team members and gain insight into their clients
  • Develop an understanding of intermediary platform structures, and gain a comprehensive knowledge of focus clients and distribution channels assigned
  • Own ad-hoc projects including researching client issues / questions / concerns, coordinating internally with all internal teams as needed, and working with senior management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in the investment management industry
  • At least 3 years of experience with conducting due diligence, or at least 3 years of experience completing RFPs or RFIs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency with PMAPS or other similar proposal software
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across a diverse range of groups.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
