Currently have an opening in downtown Pittsburgh, PA for a Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of recruiting experience and some experience recruiting for software and application development roles.
Recruiter Essential Functions
- Create job postings
- Network with candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers and executives
- Create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest.
- Work directly with managers to conduct intake sessions and build recruitment strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with focus on software development and engineering in the Pittsburgh market; Financial experience is a plus but not required
- Solid internet research and hunting skills and experience with full life cycle recruiting.
- Must be organized with ability to prioritize time
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
- Must have strong computer and internet searching skills
- Fintech experience preferred
- Some experience recruiting in the NY/NJ preferred
