Senior Help Desk Coordinator / IT Project Coordinator / Change Management / End User Services

The Senior Help Desk Coordinator will work as part of a team responsible for providing End User Services (Service Desk, Service Projects, Request Management, Continuous Improvement and Survey Management) 

RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Request Management/Handle all service requests projects end to end 
  • Responsible for project billing, invoicing validation, purchase order creation and governance 
  • Collaborate with IT locally and the business as needed 
  • Work closely with IT to identify and implement continuous improvement through Survey Management 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Associate’s Degree (Information Technology preferred) or 5+ years relevant work experience 
  • Service Desk and/or Desktop knowledge/background 
  • Project Management execution 
  • Business Analysis 
  • Ability to execute Change Management activities for small and large IT projects 
  • Strong competency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Must be able to work within a team and Independently 
  • Ability to travel and be on site to coordinate and execute IT projects (less than 25%)
Preferences:
  • ITIL Certification 
  • Ticketing system experience 
  • Knowledge Management tool
