Technical Support Specialist

Seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a role that includes the coordination and delivery of application and infrastructure support for VIP and executive level customers and their teams. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Provide VIP IT and CT service to Director level and above
  • Provide Video Conferencing support when requested 
  • Assist in International Transfers, to and from the site 
  • Manage ticket resolutions to close new incidents in a timely manner 
  • Provide accurate commitment of deadlines and deliverables based on knowledge of the business process, and communicate in a timely manner if/when they will not be met 
  • Follow the rules of the Corporate Compliance Policy and ensure compliant behavior. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years experience  OR Master’s Degree with 3 Years experience 

OR 

  • 6-8 years applicable technical experience;

 

  • At least 3-5 years end user (deskside support)
  • Knowledgeable of PC and mobile device end user support 
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel within region as required
