Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Pittsburgh, PA

Part-Time (5 days/week, 10-2 pm)
Pay Rate
:  14-17/hr

In this role, the Administrative Assistant will provide office support in a manufacturing environment for a Vice President and 4 managers.

Duties will include:
  • Taking phone calls and checking main line voicemail
  • Ordering supplies
  • First point of contract for external contractors 
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Helping with HR functions include:
    • Recruiting/new hire support (welcoming, new hire safety orientation, etc.)
  • Welcoming visitors; providing security access as needs
  • Assisting with manufacturing inspection and safety reports
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Associate Degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professionalism; Ability to exercise discretion with confidential data
  • Organized and detail-oriented
