CRA Development Officer (Banking)

Our client in Pittsburgh, PA is looking to fill a role for a CRA Development Officer. In this role, you will assist with technical adherence to CRA initiatives, develop and execute a strategic program, and lead the company outreach.

Ideal candidates will have previous supervisory experience in addition to direct involvement developing and executing a Community Development (CRA) strategy, particularly in a mid-sized bank.

Requirements and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7-10 years banking and community development experience in a management role
  • Must have CRA experience 
  • Familiar with lending, deposit and branch activities and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership skills and strategic ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Proficiency with MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate level MS Excel skills 
  • Ability to travel up to 35% (mainly local travel)


Special Licenses and Certificates:
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred
