Customer Service Representative
King of Prussia, PA

Pay Rate:  16/hr 

Our client has openings for Customer Service and Bilingual (Spanish/English)  Customer Service Representatives to work in a financial services, 100% inbound call center environment. No cold calling, sales or telemarketing.

Fully paid and comprehensive training provided.

Essential Functions

  • Responds to financial services customer inquiries via phone and email regarding opening accounts, closing accounts, transferring money, balance inquiries, etc.
  • Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements.
  • Helps resolve complicated customer complaints.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High School Diploma required
  • Prior customer service or call center experience
  • Customer orientation
  • Effectively prioritize within a high-pressure, high volume environment with tight deadlines. 
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Strong PC skills; Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) 
  • Data entry experience
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
