Help Desk Analyst - IT / Technical Support - 3rd Shift

Pay Rate:  22-24/hr
Hours:  8:30 pm - 7 am  (Monday - Thursday)

Essential Functions

  • Provide technical support for end users in person, via phone or remote access
  • Support hardware and software technical issues.
  • Maintain and repair computer and peripheral devices
  • Maintain inventory of software licenses and hardware
  • Install and configure software on machines
  • Assist users with local and cloud backups
  • Manage Windows security options and local vulnerabilities
  • Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years help desk or technical experience   
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, while managing multiple priorities 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer service orientation; strong interpersonal skills •
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly 
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
