Level 2 Help Desk Analyst / Technical Support 
Pittsburgh, PA (north)

Currently have a contract opening in Pittsburgh, PA for a Help Desk Support Analyst.

This is a customer-facing technical support role so professionalism, great communication and interpersonal skills are a must!

Essential Duties of the Help Desk Support Analyst

  • Provide 2nd tier support on customer issues
  • Remotely troubleshoot, configure and address end user problems with workstations, servers and other related devices.
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of tickets and resolve in a timely manner
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations

Requirements of the Help Desk Support Analyst

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
  • Technical ability to troubleshoot computer hardware/software (IBM, Toshiba, Lenovo, Dell, etc.)
  • Windows OS
  • Solid analytics and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Professionalism; Strong customer service skills
  • Great phone skills
  • Solid oral and written communications skills
