Currently have a contract opening in Pittsburgh, PA for a Help Desk Support Analyst.
This is a customer-facing technical support role so professionalism, great communication and interpersonal skills are a must!
Essential Duties of the Help Desk Support Analyst
- Provide 2nd tier support on customer issues
- Remotely troubleshoot, configure and address end user problems with workstations, servers and other related devices.
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of tickets and resolve in a timely manner
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
Requirements of the Help Desk Support Analyst
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
Technical ability to troubleshoot computer hardware/software (IBM, Toshiba, Lenovo, Dell, etc.)
Solid analytics and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Professionalism; Strong customer service skills
Great phone skills
Solid oral and written communications skills
