Pay Rate: 20-21/hr
In this role, you will be assisting customers with migration and transfer of websites to secure protocols.
The Help Desk Analyst will be assisting customers in the transfer of their web data and ensuring any technical / customer services issues related to the data transfer are resolved quickly, easily and professionally.
Duties will include:
- Provide customer service support during the migration process and solve issues as needed
- Install and configure software related to hosting client websites or migration of web data
- Help document processes and procedures used for each client data migration
Requirements and Skills
- Associate Degree in a related area
- 0-2 years experience in similar help desk or technical support role
- Solid customer service orientation
- Troubleshooting skills
- Great communication skills
