Pay Rate: 17/hr
This role will work within the Quality Management team to review and manage client identifying data.
Includes, but is not limited to:
- Performing daily mapping of client data against set targets, report progress, and improve existing processes.
- Research, monitor and correct all client data mapping.
- Use external and internal data sources to improve the quality and productivity of data mappings.
- Gather and verify information to ensure that client accounts are mapped correctly
- Assist with other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years' experience; Financial services experience preferred
- Experience with data processing and quality control a plus
- Detail-oriented and organized
