We have an opening for an Accountant with 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting. Experience in real estate accounting would be a plus.
This is a contract to possible permanent hire role paying 34/hr.
- Responsible for preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
- Reports organization's finances to management, and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4 to 6 years professional accounting experience
- Real estate accounting knowledge preferred
- Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail
