Contract to possible permanent hire opening for an Accounting/Office Administrator with our engineering sales client.

Pay Rate: 20-25/hr

Looking for a candidate with accounts receivable and accounts payable experience as well as solid experience using QuickBooks.

In this role, you will perform office and administrative tasks associated with a small sales office including:

  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
  • Manage AR/AP
  • Process orders and invoicing
  • Process bank deposits
  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Contract administration
  • Identify and address discrepancies
  • Experience working in a similar office administration role
  • 1 3 years of experience working with QuickBooks
  • Understanding of basic accounting concepts
  • AP/AR experience.
  • Experience working with vendors; Solid communication skills
  • Self starter with ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
