Job Description
Direct hire opening with our client for an Accounts Payable and Payroll Coordinator. Work onsite in Bridgeville, PA area.
Responsibilities
Accounts Payable and Payroll Coordinator - 26071
Responsibilities
- Complete payroll functions for third party payroll processing
- Perform the day to day processing of accounts payable transactions
- Receive and verify invoices
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Reconcile PTO balances on a bi-weekly basis
- Assist with preparation of documents for year-end review and tax preparation
- Month end close reporting
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of related experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience with general accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
- Experience with third party payroll processing
- High level of organizational and detail skills with the ability to multitask and adapt as challenges are presented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel
- ERP system knowledge
- Solid communications skills
