Administrative Assistant - Excel Data Entry Specialist - Remote

This is a contract, part-time position working remotely for our client. Hours will vary.

Pay Rate:  12/hr

Essential Duties: 
  • Create Excel spreadsheet for company contacts
  • Contact companies via phone to gather information
  • Document the responses in an Excel spreadsheet. 
  • Update Excel spreadsheets for each Sales territory. 
Qualifications
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills for inputting data
  • Good communication and telephone skills
  • Detail-oriented and accurate
  • Dependable and reliable to work remotely
