Administrative Assistant needed for an opening with our client.

Pay Rate: 20/hr

In this role, you will perform secretarial and administrative tasks including the following:

  • Compiles, analyzes, and reconciles work orders and training records
  • . Handles purchase orders, payments of bills, and expense vouchers
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Maintain business records and files.
  • Sort and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Book travel arrangements and conference room scheduling


  • High School Diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organization, time management, problem solving and planning skills
  • Prioritizes and plans activities; Consistently delivers to agreed deadlines
