The Administrative Assistant will perform routine administrative duties within a corporate, financial services department.

Background and experience should include:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
  • 5+ years of professional, administrative experience
  • Strong organizational skills to assist with scheduling, calendaring, booking travel, etc.
  • Strong people skills and computer skills (Outlook & Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Works well under pressure in demanding environment
  • Highly organized
