Opening with our client for an experienced Administrative Assistant.
Pay Rate: 31/hr
Temporary to possible permanent hire role!
Looking for someone with prior experience working in financial services or in a corporate setting as an Administrative Assistant.
- Help manage the office and day to day administration
- Order office supplies and use of the accounts payable process
- Handle expense reimbursements
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements
- Assist in setting up teleconferences with clients and overseas associates.
- Prior experience with accounts payable process, ordering supplies, expense reimbursement (within financial services or other professional setting)
- Experience making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and working in a collaborate team environment
- Excellent communications skills (over phone, in person and via email)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Organized, can handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Willingness and eager to learn new task and processes
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Notary license designation and experience would be a plus
