Administrative Assistant - Inventory / Order Management
Oak Creek, WI

Pay Rate:  17/hr

Duties will include:
  • Use inventory software to locate products 
  • Use Kronos software to update electronic time cards daily 
  • Provide feedback to customer service reps on order status 
  • Monitor emails for the department and respond as needed 
  • Use Microsoft Excel for report generation and tracking 
Requirements
  • Prior administrative experience in a professional setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Data entry experience
  • Organized and detail-oriented
