Contract to Direct hire opportunity for an Administrative Assistant with our growing technology client.

Pay Rate:  12-15/hr

This role will involve a variety of administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothing, including the following:

Duties will include:
  • Help with various HR duties
  • Plan company events
  • Order supplies for stock room
  • Organize and schedule appointments and make preparations for client visits 
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Attend meetings, take notes
  • Track PTO for employees

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business-related field
  • Experience with administrative duties (i.e. ordering supplies, booking travel)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
