We have an opening with our client for an Administrative Assistant in an opening that will focus on providing support to executives and management.

Must have be highly proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for creating presentations for client meetings.

Pay Rate:  21/hr


Responsible for administrative duties in support of executives which will include:

  • Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings for executives and upper management.
  • Creating documents, memos, and reports that will be circulated to management
  • Creating documents and presentations communication with management and for meetings using PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Maintaining files and order office supplies

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • 2+ years of professional office or administrative experience
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Visio would be a plus
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly and work independently
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
