Job Description
Oxford Solutions has an opening with our client for an Administrative Assistant.
In this role, you will support a team by performing general office and administrative duties to include:
- answering multi-line phone
- preparing outgoing courier and overnight packages
- coordinate mailings
- maintaining files/filing
- taking inventory and placing orders
- preparing correspondence
Requirements
- Associate Degree preferred
- Prior experience in an administrative role supporting a team or department
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills required
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent grammatical and editing skills
- Detail-oriented with solid problem solving ability
- Professional with good interpersonal and communication skills
