Opening for an Administrative Assistant with our manufacturing client.

Pay Rate: 20/hr

The incumbent will provide executive support for the leadership team through administrative and clerical support.


  • Provides daily administrative support/functions, including but not limited to providing front desk coverage, managing phone calls and managing visitor traffic
  • Submitting purchase requisitions, processing invoices and tracking purchase orders
  • Stocking kitchen supplies, ordering office supplies and sorting mail
  • Scheduling meetings and managing conference room schedules,
  • Making travel arrangements and process expense reports
  • Works with vendors and other third-party service providers to verify completion of site safety requirements and coordinate appropriate access.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Business
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and ability to read and interpret company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Time-management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to complete tasks under pressure and multitask
