Opportunity with our local client for an Administrative Assistant.

Pay Rate: 15-20/hr  

In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.


  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Sort and distribute email, draft correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Process invoices and compile reports as needed
  • Maintain files 
  • Order and maintain inventory of equipment and office supplies


  • High School Diploma required; Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  • Solid PC skills; Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Solid typing and data entry skills with ability to operate office equipment
  • Ability to follow directions and complete task independently
  • Solid telephone, written and in person communication skills
  • Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment
