Looking for a candidate with 2 to 3 years of administrative experience including strong typing skills and solid proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. Must also be able to drive to local medical offices to obtain copies of medical records. 

Essential Duties
  • Provides first line customer service including greeting and assisting visitors, answering telephone calls, answering questions, referring or routing calls
  • Coordinates travel arrangements for business meetings seminars and conferences
  • Coordinates technology needs (video teleconferencing presentations) in preparation for meetings
  • Copies documents, files faxes, scans
  • Handles incoming and external mail 
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies
  • Maintains records of receipts and may enter expense data into system
  • Composes or prepares routine letters memos minutes agendas calendars schedules and presentations:
  • Prepares agenda minutes schedules and other documents as directed
  • Creates format for presentations; creates and updates documents graphs and presentations as requested
  • Organizes maintains and updates files binders and records

Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Previous experience in a clerical or office support position
  • 2-3 years working with Microsoft Office to include Word Excel Power Point and Visio
  • Typing at least 50 WPM
  • Ability to operate a scanner
  • Well organized with ability to adapt to changing business environment; exhibits attention to details and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts in a professional manner
  • Ability to travel to local medical offices to obtain medical records
