Opportunity with our client for an Administrative Coordinator.

Pay Rate:  20/hr

In this role, you will perform full clerical, administrative, and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature.

Essential Functions
  • Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors.
  • Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings and conferences.
  • Prepares correspondence, develops presentations and spreadsheets
  • Perform mail merges using MS Word.  
  • Maintains files including those with highly confidential information.
  • Secretarial/Administrative Certificate or related training or coursework
  • 5-7 years of experience with administrative support, clerical or secretarial duties. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Ability to for mail merges in Word
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills
