In this role, you will perform full clerical, administrative, and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature.
- Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors.
- Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings and conferences.
- Prepares correspondence, develops presentations and spreadsheets
- Perform mail merges using MS Word.
- Maintains files including those with highly confidential information.
- Secretarial/Administrative Certificate or related training or coursework
- 5-7 years of experience with administrative support, clerical or secretarial duties.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Ability to for mail merges in Word
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
