Pay Rate: 20-23/hr
- Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors.
- Prepare correspondence
- Develop presentations and spreadsheets
- Maintain files including those with confidential information.
- Schedules appointments and make arrangements for meetings and conferences.
Requirements, Background and Experience
- Secretarial and/or administrative support coursework or certificate preferred
- 5 to 7 administrative, clerical or secretarial related office experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience managing email, calendars and tasks within Microsoft Outlook
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
