Administrative Coordinator opening with our client.

Pay Rate:  20-23/hr

Essential Functions

  • Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors.
  • Prepare correspondence
  • Develop presentations and spreadsheets
  • Maintain files including those with confidential information.
  • Schedules appointments and make arrangements for meetings and conferences.


Requirements, Background and Experience

  • Secretarial and/or administrative support coursework or certificate preferred
  • 5 to 7 administrative, clerical or secretarial related office experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience managing email, calendars and tasks within Microsoft Outlook
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
