Application Support Engineer

In this role, your duties will include identifying and troubleshooting errors and bugs, creating automatic workflows for new and existing customers using our own proprietary tools, supporting our sales team by answering technical questions about our applications.
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues (website chat, phone, email, etc.)
- Assist sales team by answering technical product and service related questions (via website chat, phone, email, etc.)
- Use customer fulfillment application it to create automatic workflows to process customer data
- Learn and Use APIs to assist customers and prospects with their usage
- 1 to 3 years of progressive application support experience focused on Customer Service and Technical Support.
- Linux and Command Line Interface knowledge
- Knowledge of SQL for scripting
- API Use and Integration experience
- Git and GitHub via Command Line Interface
- AWS experience
- Asana and Go experience
