The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for organizing and leading conference calls for clients. The Specialist is responsible for creating a positive customer experience and will provide technical assistance during the call if any issues arise.
- Bachelors Degree required
- Background in Teaching or Help Desk support is a plus.
- 2-3 years of professional work experience.
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Customer service capabilities
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Windows PC and Microsoft Office skills required
- Internet, network and other technical skills are preferred.
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish and English) a plus!
