Business Data Analyst functioning as a Customer Success Manager for new roll out support
- Support consultants to complete the operating model design, closing outstanding open design questions.
- Support the completion of the responsibility matrix for key roles, documenting processes and workshop sessions, collating and analyzing KPIs and other relevant metrics
- Compile and present information visually (using PowerPoint) and in writing to a high standard
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Understanding of pre-sales roles and processes (customer success planning, retention planning)
- Experience rolling out new roles across a global organisation.
- Experience translating and simplifying business ideas.
- Ability to synthesize information and present back in a professional format
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills essential
- Collaborative and results-oriented
