Opening for a Buyer with our aerospace manufacturing client.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the avionics or aerospace industry!

In this role, you will execute daily activities related to Procurement Purchase Contracts.

Essential Functions

  • Purchase order processing, follow-up and expediting
  • Confirm supplier acknowledgement of Purchase Order receipt and delivery commitment.
  • Manage purchase order cancellation, rescheduling or PO information changes
  • Manage disputes and problem solution.
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis.


  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, supply chain or related business or 2+ years of experience
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks  while meeting deadlines in high-pressure environment
  • Certification in Supply Chain Management preferred
  • Aerospace industry experience preferred
