Civil Engineer

Job Description
Oxford Solutions has a direct hire role for a Civil Engineer.
Looking for someone with 2 to 5 years of civil engineering experience including understanding of land development engineering.
In this role you will work in collaboration with the design team on Land Development construction drawing and permitting packages.
Responsibilities
- Perform grading using AutoCAD Civil 3D and compile storm water management calculations with HydroCAD
- Prepare and complete E&S control plans and NPDES permit packages
- Research zoning codes and ordinance requirements for project sites
- Ensure project deadlines are met
- Coordinate with municipalities, utility companies and other public regulatory agencies
- Prepare project technical reports and specifications
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2 to 5 years of civil engineering experience including understanding of land development engineering
- EIT certification preferred
- Understanding of the local and state permitting process in Pennsylvania
- proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation experience a plus
- Basic proficiency with hydraulic modeling software such as HydroCAD, HydraFlow and HEC-RAS
- Excellent communication skills
