Job Description

Opening with our retail client for a junior level Computer Operator. 

This role is for Mid Shift:  Wednesday through Sunday (230 pm to 11 pm)

Essential Functions

  • Monitor production jobs running in data centers in the scheduling software Control-M.
  • Follow the SOP associated with failed jobs.
  • Monitor dashboard for POS & CRM.
  • Monitor environments, heat, humidity and moisture, in data center. 
  • Call out  appropriate group for issue resolution
  • Monitor circuits and equipment in datacenters. 
  • Take Service Desk calls from off-shore locations and distribution centers  
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of IT related experience (training will be provided)
  • Knowledge of Control-M automation tool a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
