Job Description
Direct hire opening with our industrial manufacturing client for an Industrial Controller.
In this Industrial Controller role you will manage, oversee, and develop sophisticated industrial controlling methodologies. You will collaborate with and support Production Managers in industrial analysis, KPI
production and review, cost simulations, monthly closings, and budget/forecasting processes.

production and review, cost simulations, monthly closings, and budget/forecasting processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensures industrial cost calculation and analyses (budget, costs, investments, trends in factors of production)
- Enforce and promote all company guidelines, policies and procedures while driving the process of budget preparation and continue reviews for the plant
- Develop, implement and standardize industrial accounting policies and procedures.
- Performs analysis to find out potentials for cost reductions
- Stock analysis and obsolescence risk control
- Product costing overview (Standard and actual)
- Cooperate in Budgeting and Forecasting activities in compliance with the activities and phases defined at Corporate level
Requirements:
- BS or MS degree in Accounting or Finance
- CGMA or CPA certification preferred
- Industrial accounting experience preferred including financial analysis and financial modeling experience, budgeting, forecasting, and planning
- ERP financial systems experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and execute business and operating plan.
- Experience in coaching & mentoring with the ability to motivate and develop
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
