Corporate Trust Associate opening with our financial services client. This will be contract to start, but looking for someone interested in a full-time, long term role working in client financial services.

Pay Rate: 19/hr

This role is critical in providing top quality service to clients and for complete administration of assigned corporate trust and/or agency accounts.

The Trust Associate must be able to prioritize and organize workflow, as well as corroborate all facets of the operation and administration of client accounts.

Furthermore, the Trust Associate is tasked with ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction to the highest standards.

The Trust Associate will be responsible for much of the day to day administration of the portfolio, involving funds transfer, trade clearance, compliance monitoring and client service and communication. 

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years professional work experience, including some financial services experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to work in a team environment; Detail-oriented and flexible to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
