Oxford Solutions has an opening with our client for a Customer Order Specialist.
In this role you will act as primary customer service agent in processing or responding to basic customer requests, inquiries and/or orders.

In this role you will act as primary customer service agent in processing or responding to basic customer requests, inquiries and/or orders.
Essential Duties
- Respond to customer service inquiries via phone, fax, email and regular mail
- Provide basic product, service, application information.
- Provide basic information on pricing and product availability.
- Process orders, requests, returns and adjustments in a timely manner
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of customer service and/or order processing experience
- Basic PC skills
- Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a high volume order environment
- Excellent communication (telephone and email) and listening skills
