This is an opening with our client for a someone to function as a Customer Support Representative and Administrative Coordinator.

Pay Rate: 17/hr

Day-to-day tasks will include responding to incoming telephone calls and email messages, filling requests and providing information for nursing professionals in a timely manner while providing superior customer service.

You will also provide administrative support to the healthcare operation teams including typing and distributing correspondence and reports;, arranging conference calls and preparing meeting materials.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Proven customer service or administrative experience in a professional office environment
  • Healthcare or nursing administrative or customer service background would be a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superior attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to mult-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
