Customer Service - Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: 17/hr
Day-to-day tasks will include responding to incoming telephone calls and email messages, filling requests and providing information for nursing professionals in a timely manner while providing superior customer service.
You will also provide administrative support to the healthcare operation teams including typing and distributing correspondence and reports;, arranging conference calls and preparing meeting materials.
- High School Diploma required
- Proven customer service or administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Healthcare or nursing administrative or customer service background would be a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to mult-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
