Customer Service Representative - Health Benefits

This role will focus on providing customer service to employees with questions related to insurance and health benefits.
- Answer incoming calls from providers and members while ensuring a high level of customer service
- Resolve basic types of customer service inquiries including: benefits, eligibility, provider look - up and authorization calls.
- Participate in proactive outbound call program (i.e., welcome calls) to ensure customer satisfaction, when applicable.
- Customer service experience
- Experience providing customer service for health benefits preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task and stay focused in a high volume environment
