Opening with our client for a Customer Service Representative.

This role will focus on providing customer service to employees with questions related to insurance and health benefits.

Essential Duties
  • Answer incoming calls from providers and members while ensuring a high level of customer service 
  • Resolve basic types of customer service inquiries including: benefits, eligibility, provider look - up and authorization calls.
  • Participate in proactive outbound call program (i.e., welcome calls) to ensure customer satisfaction, when applicable.
Requirements 
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience providing customer service for health benefits preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task and stay focused in a high volume environment
