Opening with our healthcare client for a Customer Service Representative.
Pay Rate: 15/hr
Looking for an individual with a friendly, confident disposition, a passion for talking on the phone, inquisitive and helpful nature, and a natural sense of curiosity.
In this role, you will deliver basic technical, administrative, or operative Customer Service tasks including:
- Contact customers for resolution of pricing issues, order placement, standing orders and contract information,
- Proactively recognize cause and effect trends, identifies and clarifies customer needs, and works toward solutions
- Responsible for compiling and maintaining KPI reports for internal and external clients.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Entry level to 1+ years call center or sales environment experience
- Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms, customer facing ordering, Excel, Word, Office, shared mailboxes, SharePoint
- Excellent phone presentation and communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customers in a professional manner.
- Willingness to work a flexible task list.
