The Customer Service Representative will work within a automotive refinishing department and will provide order management support for customers, ensuring orders are processed in an efficient and accurate manner. The CSR will provide timely customer follow-up in resolving order discrepancies, and ensuring all special customer requirements are met to the satisfaction of the customer.
- High School Diploma required
- 3+ years work experience in customer service and date entry information processing and management
- PC skills; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient keyboarding and data entry skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Flexibility to work department hours of operation
