Customer Service Representative

Looking for candidates with at least 3 years of customer service experience, either within a retail store or in a call center environment.
- Provide support to internal and external customers including assistance in registering, accessing and navigating through our on-line ordering website.
- Log incoming/outgoing customer calls in internal database
- Provide order management support for customers
- Timely customer follow-up in resolving order discrepancies
- Process credits and returns
- Work with distribution to coordinate shipment of material to customers.
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience either in a call center or face to face retail environment.
- Strong customer-facing skills with a sense of urgency
- Data entry and computer skills
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve independently and knows when to escalate a problem to upper management.
